State Controlled Terrorism

Terrorism. That seems to be the word of the moment following the colossally horrific act of violence the world watched during the Boston Marathon.

Our nation is filled with terroristic acts from bombing abortion clinics, to sending poison through the mail, to assault “rifling” an elementary school. The United States is overrun with perverts and sociopaths.

To define the word terrorism: the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.

The United States engages in terrorism on a regular basis. Our government has legitimized the use of terrorism through its state run acts of aggression against nation states, its people, and through its behavior.

We just learned, and this was no surprise, that the Bush administration’s deniers of torture were liars.

The problem is that the U.S. engages in violent acts of terrorism, yet we also have to acknowledge that the U.S. government has legitimized non-lethal force of terrorism, which is used to intimidate or coerce for specifically defined political purposes.

It begins with the radical right-wingers on the Supreme Court, which through their legal decisions have created their own version of non-lethal violence against average Americans. Citizens United is a significant decision that unleashed extraordinary amounts of money into campaigns and into advertising that is in itself violence against the average American’s way of life. When billions of dollars are handed out to political candidates that address the mandates authorized by the corporate elite, we have a plutocracy that orders how the country runs its policies and laws.

Citizens United funds influential “think tanks” and lobbyists to roam the halls of Congress muscling the people’s representatives to write legislation that is in the best interests of the corporate elite and the 1%. And, we have lobbyists, such as those hired by the NRA, who manipulate, coerce, and intimidate for political purposes. That is terrorism.

President Obama spoke about how terrorism cannot keep the will of the American people down, and how he will authorize whatever it takes to find the actors, yet he has not done a darn thing to stop the non-lethal form of terrorism unleashed by the megabankstas, the NRA, the Religious Right, the Tea Party, and those in Congress that are hell-bent on controlling women all over this nation through the closing down of women’s health clinics that discuss abortions, or do nothing when American jobs are sent overseas to countries that exploit workers.

The White House, the Congress, the Pentagon, the Supreme Court and all the others spend a great deal of time oppressing hard working people through their non-lethal forms of terrorism. The issue here is just how dulled the American people have become to what has actually been done to them. They accept it. The only form of terrorism that upsets them is the violent type that we saw at Newtown, and now in Boston, yet don’t even put the pressure on their legislators to do anything about it. Only until the violence comes knocking on their door do they open their mouths.

People cringe when they see innocent people mowed down for no apparent reason, yet there are reasons, although insane, that exist. The White Supremacists have their insane reasons; the radical Christian right have their insane reasons; the radical Israeli right have their insane reasons; the radical Muslim right have their insane reasons; the radical Tea Party have their insane reasons. The corporate elite have their insane reasons. Insane reasons are everywhere. The United States is filled with perverts and sociopaths.

Sadly, it will never end until the American people take back their government from the perverts and sociopaths that walk the halls of Congress—especially Congress, and stop accepting dangerous Supreme Court nutcases that should have never been allowed to sit on the bench for the rest of their lives!!!

Is President Obama Throwing Us Off The Public Option Health Care Bus?

Why should Americans be told they have to make huge sacrifices when the real cause of the economic crisis was directly connected to the actions of the Federal Reserve and the largest financial banking institutions in the country, such as JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. Had the banks been careful with their lending practices, had they kept more collateral in deposit as they over-leveraged their derivative and securities ventures, had the government not went ahead and allowed for no regulation of the bank’s “shadow banking” facilities, had the government aggressively regulated the “paper” economy as it should have been done, had the Federal Reserve Bank avoided creating “bubbles” in the technology and real estate sectors by keeping interest rates at appropriate levels instead of at give-away prices, then much of this collapse would have been avoided.

Had all of the above been done, then Americans would not have had the incentive, and permission to go forward and seek huge stock market gains for their investment portfolios as was encouraged by the investment banking institutions which needed that cash for their own risky gambles. If the investment banking sector had been fully regulated, then the consumer would not have been told that it was OK to go out and buy a home that was too expensive for their budgets, or borrowed repeated on their existing home draining every last dime of equity for spending purposes because of pie-in-the-sky tall tails of an ever increasing price in home values, resulting in the use of them as piggy banks or ATM-type cash machines.

Remember when the last four Presidents of the United States, especially George W. Bush, the home ownership president, along with the chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank, especially Alan Greenspan, and joined by the most prestigious financial institutions had all said that it was needed for consumers to do their civic duty and spend, as well as borrow because borrowing defined the nation’s wealth. It was all of them that gave the orders to make the light go green and announce it was a “go”.

When the police department in your town allows everyone to “J” walk for 30 years without incident, but then, a group of people crossing an intersection get struck by a speeding truck killing them all resulting in every person in the town getting a retroactive fine for 30 years of “J” walking even if they had not done so, then you have to ask, ‘who is to blame?’ Was it the police for not doing their job and controlling “J” walking, or one might say being neglectful, or was it the townspeople for taking advantage of the lack of enforcement?

I put the blame on the enforcer of the rules and regulations. When the enforcers turned their backs on the rules and regulations, allowing for permissiveness, then they are to be blamed. We, the citizens, elect representatives and pay them well with the nation’s best health insurance and retirement benefits to guarantee that the people of the nation, the recipients of their good will, or bad, and who are instructed how the rules and regulations are to be followed if we are allowed to walk freely upon the nation’s streets and countryside, should not be the ones blamed.

It is THEIR fault!! But, as we are now seeing, the governor of California is now about to punish the most challenged in his state with budget cuts. This is what is being done all around the country. Because the richest among us, the wealthiest investment bankers, and legislators and presidents, and health care insurance company CEOs, and all of the wealthiest CEOs of corporations who have taken their companies down the economic rabbit hole get bailouts, rescue packages, bonuses gleaned off the backs of taxpayers, get a free pass from the government and Justice department, the rest of the citizens, especially those without health insurance, those who lost their homes, those who lost their jobs to outsourcing, or downsizing on behalf of the bottom line, the balance sheet and the stockholders, they will be the ones who will solely experience the so-called “shared sacrifice” declared by President Obama who asked for a “shared sacrifice”.

As Ellen Hodgson Brown stated in her article about how California could create a budget surplus instead of struggling to find a way to pay for their measly $26 billion budget deficit (in relation to the state’s overall gross revenues), it is clear that no one in the governor’s office has paid any attention to alternatives outside of budget cuts. Their budget deficit, their shortfall, is just small potatoes compared to the Congressional bailout package of $700 billion to the banks that caused this crisis in the first place. And, the Federal Reserve has committed trillions more to cover the backs of these same banksters, and corporations that gambled away and lost trillions of America’s wealth. She writes, “Nearly ten times the sum needed by California was allotted to bailing out AIG [then on] to Goldman Sachs, a single bank.” The nation’s government says to California, sorry, “You are on your own”.

Ms. Brown stated further, “We the people did not precipitate this credit crisis; the banks did. We should not have to pay for the damage with increased taxes or decreased services or [through sacrificing] our public parks and [through rate hikes with our] parking meters.” How true!

We the people, 48 million of us, are without health care insurance. The insurance companies of this nation, AIG included, have been reaping record profits, as well as taking government tax dollars to shore up their evaporating balance sheets. Yet they have spent trillion of dollars lobbying congresspersons over the last 10 years. TRILLIONS. But we the people must pay the price for their lavish lifestyles, edacious corporate spending sprees, and more.

Currently, the Blue Dog (SHIT) Coalition is being influenced grandly by the insurance lobbys through campaign contribution bribes to favor the profit takers over the nation’s people who elected them into office as their representatives. It is time that corporations no longer have the same rights as a person. They are not people but entities ALLOWED under the rule of law, of which they must adhere to, to be a corporation. People are born with these rights of protection. Corporations apply and pay for the right of protection and operation.

The Blue Dog Shit Coalition should be castrated or neutered during their next election cycle. They are doing the bidding for the insurance lobby by holding up a public option plan that would benefit Americans, but instead, huckster-selling the insurance co-op proposal to their constituents and party members. This would not empower the members of the many health care co-ops that would be established, but make them victims to the insurance companies, once again. Only a large, single group plan, such as a public option, would empower the members to demand reasonable pricing for premiums and drugs.

To further my point that the people are continuing to be held captive by the largest of the financial banking institutions, which I have called a crime syndicate, James Howard Kunstler, the renowned writer, has echoed this claim, and recently, the infamous Eliot Spitzer, the former governor of New York has, too, called it a Ponzi scheme, when I wrote about it being The World’s Biggest Ponzi Scheme months ago.

What we have now is the Federal Reserve chairman, ‘Bada Bing’ Ben Bernanke, as he was questioned by Florida Representative-Democrat Alan Grayson that he did not know where the hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars, which had been injected into foreign central banks in exchange for their foreign currencies, had gone to! This had all been done without approval or oversight by individuals in the Congress or the White House. Ben Bernanke has been acting like a lone bandit printing money in his basement without government approval, when in actuality, this is against the law!

The Federal Reserve keeps printing money and lending it out placing their liabilities further and further in the danger zone of insolvency. Their capital is shrinking as their liabilities grow larger and larger into the realm of 40 times more in liabilities than capital reserves. This pushes the Ponzi scheme into what could be called a national security risk. Now, we see that Bada Bing Bernanke is a very slick con-artist. He knows where the money has slithered off to, but he won’t tell, and congress has fizzled out in creating law that would audit his secret goings-on.

The economic collapse cannot recover if recklessness prevails and the “riskiness” demonstrated by the financial-banking institutions continue to push the nation further toward a code red national security danger zone. We cannot have a jobless recovery when the country reaches two points away from an under-unemployment rate of 20%.

Bada Bing Bernanke is very afraid of further dollar deflation so he is very likely printing money, and buying up their U.S. Treasurys, which are about to be dumped on the world’s open market for whatever auction price they can get knowing their economies are in trouble. They might find other currencies or investments a better value.

The Obama administration would be better served by dumping the Goldman Sachs refugees working inside as “moles” for GS and bringing on individuals who could rescue this president’s economic policy from crashing and burning, since he has allowed the “GS Moles” to favor the “paper” economy over the real economy.

President Obama claimed a victory in January, but has failed to demonstrate what should be a commanding lead through strong, decisive, and persuasive determination. Those who supported change are getting very tired of not seeing any worth believing in.

Four 10 hour work days vs. 5 eight hour work days.

    Did it ever occur to anyone that if you can't afford to make it to your job then you are basically working for nothing!  Regardless of weather its high oil prices or grocery prices holding us back, the economy in the United States must serve everyone not the few.   If you do an honest days work you're entitled to profit from this effort just as your employer does.  Regardless of your task, occupation or profession you deserve a standard of living that includes a profit for your efforts. 

    If you can't afford to get to work, then one must assume you have no extra cash left over based  on economic cultural norms of food, clothing, shelter,  or as we are told, what it takes to get by.   The population readily accepts the information of how gracious employers are to allow them to work 40 hours in 4 days.   The people never ever question the corporatocracy, media or their government as to why and where the peoples profit motive fits in the big picture.  This is thanks to the framing of this new serfdom by the media. ABC news corporation says, "Isn't it nice that employers are allowing employees to save gas and pay other bills by working the same amount of hours and one less day" they spew.   Whoo hoo lets hear it for the corporations and their generosity.  

   We the people should hold ourselves and our employers to a higher stander and not allow this criminal exploitation of the people.  Now, thanks to Nancy Pelosi and the recent passing of the  FISA bill, we can't ever expect justice in the work place, the old fashioned way thru the courts won't be allow, it's national security you know, you do want to be safe?   This act makes  Taft Hartley look pro worker.   All we are allowed to do is be happy and keep allowing the system to pulverize our work efforts at the behest of a handful really greedy people at the top.  We are living in blind times.

As this election season continues to roll along, one has to wonder exactly why in the world would a voter choose a Republican, the likes we have not seen since Nixon. As a group, they are the most self-centered and corrupt political party in this new millennium. Huckabee came out with his racist remark, calling it humor, yet no one laughed, during a recent appearance, causing one to wonder if he had presided over the Church of the Racist Fools. It showed the lack of shame and the insane level of unchecked humor such Republicans are willing to display in front of a group. To make a suggestion that Barack Obama learn to duck and cover when on stage, after a chair fell over sounding like gun fire, is truly racist. 

It is amazing that the Regressive Party, oh, I mean the Republican Party, ended up with the half-wit, McCain, as their front runner. I am not sure that we can really call him a flip-flopper even though he says one thing and does another. He may actually be just a half-wit because he does not know that he says one thing, and then, at a later date, refuses to admit his previous contradictory remarks. And other times, he just slogs along his rutted path of regressive beliefs, all of which have been formulated for him by lobbyists or former Republicon Senator Phil Gramm, who worked hard to lay the ground work for the subprime debacle, back in 1999, while sitting as the Senate Banking chairman deregulating the banking and financial sectors. Now as a board member of the Swiss bank, UBS, he is seeing his bank taking a multi-billion dollar subprime hit, ie. writedown. The half-wit McCain keeps this human destroyer of our economic national security as his top economic advisor.

McCain has repeatedly said that lobbyists have been a huge problem for Congress, yet throughout this campaign, lobbyists have been running the "Straight Talkin' Express" for the "Washington Maverick". The current number of lobbyists working for McCain is 115.

McCain is no Maverick. Hey John Boy, James Garner was the real Maverick. How did you arrive at such a delusional self-assertion as to believe that you are a Maverick? 'John McCain, I knew Maverick. And you John McCain, are no Maverick!' I watched Maverick religiously, and I know for a fact, you are no Maverick. You can pretend all you want, but no one believes you! And while I am talkin' to ya, you are no straight talker, either.  If you want to attach yourself to a t.v. character, then watch Saturday Night Live. You are the character MacGruber! A nit-wit who is so self absorbed in his delusional abilities that no matter what he tries to do to save himself and others, he fails so badly that he ends up exploding into ruins. Stupidity rules in this case.

Just look at who else McCain attaches himself to. He had a key strategist, Charles Black, Jr. in his campaign that was employed by Myanmar's military junta! How much more corrupt does it get? The only reason why this Republicon political whore left the campaign was because he was found out by progressive bloggers who exposed this blood-lusting Washington influence pedaling "hooker". 

Other lobbyists McCain has been embracing are strongly associated with the telecom industry. McCain, as a member of the commerce committee, involved in telecommunications rules and regulations, did the bidding for these campaign contributors.

John McCain says he did not vote for Bush's tax cuts when they benefitted  the richest

Americans, after the Social Security "lock-box" was looted to pay for this Regressive Party-favor. He now says that the Democrats should make them permanent. HUH? I guess he could not remember speaking out against this failed policy.

Now, he says that when he becomes president, we will win in Iraq. Did he forget that he was a pilot, who was shot down and held prisoner for years during the Vietnam War, and that the United States did not realize an actual victory over that bloody conflict? Does he not know that Vietnam, now, has a thriving economy (a better GDP that the U.S. 8% in 2007)? Does he not realize that if Iraq was left alone , they too, would eventually develop a thriving economy without the U.S. needing to be their perpetual occupier? But McCain appears to lack common sense and being in possession of any reality based thinking skills; or, maybe he is just a half-wit? But half-wit Republican presidents seem to be the fashion these days.

It is not because McCain is in his early 70's that should disqualify him from running for president. It is because he stands for absolutely nothing; he believes in nothing; and he is a nothing. Half-wit equals nothing. He captures nothing within the hearts and minds of voters who truly believe in democracy and freedom, as well as a healthy and sustainable country; although he does attract the rest of the half-wits within the nation. And such people are dangerous to our freedoms, and democracy because, historically, they have hated our form of government and prefer fascism. Since many hate communism, they have chosen fascism instead. Just look at Prescott Bush, George Bush's grandfather, who became wealthy by laundering a Nazi industrialist's profits. And, there is more!

Read, "The Right's America-Hating Preacher", by Robert Parry, (Consortiumnews.com, 5-2-08)--a special report (21 pages) about Reverend Sun Myung Moon and his infiltration of the Republican Party's Congressional membership. Moon formed the Unification Church in Korea and, over time, recruited agents from the Korean CIA. As he expanded into Japan, Latin America, and the United States, he integrated his agents into these political systems through various ways. One way was to contribute millions into congressional campaign coffers.

Moon had dealings with drug lords, dictators, and arms runners. He smuggled millions of undeclared cash into the United States for payola purposes. He spent 2 years in an American jail, yet, nevertheless, built an economic and political influence pedaling network with approval from the Regressive Republican Party. Both Nixon and Reagan embraced him and invited him into the White House.

McCain is so deluded that he loves to strut around Baghdad, just like GeorgieBoy, believing he is on the side of our soldiers. John McCain seems to have forgotten that the soldiers returning from Vietnam, his Band of Brothers, had been given a full G.I. bill allowing them to go to college and get the tuition paid for in full. Yet now, McCain has decided that our soldiers, today, do not deserve the same treatment that had been allowed to him and previous veterans. Only a half-wit would strut around like a rooster on Viagra, showing off his plume of cock feathers to a bunch of battle-weary soldiers who know in their hearts that they have been handed a bad deal by McCain and his Republicon Party hacks.

As I have written before, this half-witted regressive candidate, wishing to usher in a Bush third term, does not believe that the American people deserve the same fully paid health care program that he has been given since the day he was born. Term limits are sounding better all the time.

McCain has a double standard for America. There are the haves, just like him, and the have nots, who are those who don't get the same government privileges that he has been so fortunate to receive. 

He just does not seem to be able to keep track of what he has told us he believes in based upon his past statements and actions versus what he says now as a presidential candidate. For example, the Maverick,  John McCain, has worked hard to sow his disdain for K Street lobbyists in Washington, yet he has recruited them to build his campaign. He had walked the sidewalks, like a hooker looking for a cheap trick, searching for K Street lobbyists who can raise piles of money for him, since 2006. I guess, he has forgotten that just two years ago, K Street lobbyists were  lovers of the George W. Bush regressive agenda and the very people he spoke against.

There is a list of lobbyists McCain had recruited written in the article, "Media Advance Myth of McCain as Lobbyist Foe", Mediamatters.org, 2-26-08. Times have recently changed, since some have left under negative scrutiny. 

Charles Black, Jr.-- this guy is now gone because of negative press that has recently come out regarding his lobbying relationship with the corrupt junta running the country of Burma, which has refused world aid after experiencing a devastating hurricane. He was McCain's chief political advisor.

Former Rep. Thomas Loeffler (R-TX)--he was McCain's campaign co-chairman. He is a lobbyist for multi-national corporations and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Also, "his firm had made millions inserting earmarks into spending bills."

I guess John forgot how much he hated earmarks in spending bills even as far back as 2006.

Richard Davis--campaign manager, and a big time lobbyist, make millions hitting on our elected congressional representatives. He worked hard making sure John, the Maverick, did his telecom bidding for him, while on the Commerce Committee.

And the list of cons keeps on growing: Christian Ferry, James Rill, Anthony Villamil, Joseph Wright, former Senator Phil Gramm, (R-TX), former Sen. Slade Gorton (WA), former Sen. Matt Salmon (AZ), former Sen. Don Sundquist (TN), former Rep. William "Van" Hilleary (TN), and former Rep. Richard Zimmer (NJ).

It is so surprising that John, the Maverick, could not recall that all these pals of his who are working to get him into the Oval Office have been hardcore lobbyists. Is this the equivalent to walking in the house, putting down your keys, and forgetting where you placed them when you have to leave again? Does he have a memory problem? He must not be able to recall trivial or insignificant bits of information, very much like his bosom buddy--"W". They have so much in common. Maybe, he will ask George to be his job coach, once he loses the November election. Or, maybe John will pick up a gig as a stand-in for one of Alvin's Chipmunks (see podcast photo).

In an upcoming posting, I will write about the Bush family's involvement with a small South American terrorist group that killed 73 people that were on a Cubana airliner. There is so much information out there defining the Bush crime family and their ties to murderers, cult leaders and fascists. Now we see where "W" gets his training. This apple did not fall far from the tree.

When you combine two half-wits, like Bush and McCain, do you get a whole wit, or is there still just a 'hole'-in-the-nitwit?
